he struggled throughout his entire time in school, constantly getting punished for misbehaving when he couldnt focus.

and then, after his parents died, he dropped out. he had already had a hard time, so it felt like breath of fresh air, despite the fact that he felt like people now looked down on him even more.

they needed the extra money. so, he got a job at the dx. it was fun getting to work with cars (which he liked), his best friend (who he liked), and with a bunch of girls as customers (which he also liked).

but a part of him couldnt help but be embarrassed. he was a broke highschool dropout who worked at a gas station and could hardly focus long enough to even finish a book.
