idk what inspired me to draw Kei & Donnie as wyrms and Octo & Butter as humans, but the second it entered my brain I had to do it

Since I just got Butter, I wanted to draw KeiTello with the wyrms :3

In honor of me changing the update schedule, I decided to upload the first chapter as it's own post. I'll still leave up the individual pages and keep them linked to the index, though.

As always, my askbox is open to any questions about this comic, au, or any of my ocs (which I'll start posting more about soon)

A canon x oc comic

Welcome to Sonder, a canon x oc comic project of mine. In this post you can find the different acts (seasons) separated out neatly, links to each of the pages, summaries of the acts, and any other updates or fun info about this story/AU.

This comic updates on the 25th of each month at precisely 4:20 PM CST. This gives me time to plan, draw, and color the next month's pages and then schedule them to post.

A brief summary:

Sonder is a word that describes the feeling you get when you realize that every person around you has a life just as complex as your own. Donatello can't say he relates to that feeling- how could he? His family's life was so chaotic there was no possible way for the average New Yorker to compare, he was certain of it.

But then he ran into them, a college student walking home in the dark, happening to walk directly into him handling a mysterious foe. He wouldn't have thought twice about it if he didn't keep running into them, especially in places the average New Yorker shouldn't even know about.

Donnie began to doubt his certainty.

I'll get better at backgrounds eventually I swear-
