Ok, dead serious with this one. Someone needs to organize a day for as many regular everyday dull transgender people as possible (the farther transitioned the better) to travel to the North Carolina state capitol with their birth certificates, and politely line up for their legally required bathrooms. Then invite the governor, and any other members of the legislature, to come down to meet and chat with them and explain why it's a good idea for them to use the bathroom they are waiting for. Maybe John Stewart can help organize this one. And for the record, I as old straight white American male by birth as you can get. I've just been cursed with an open mind and common sense. And no desire to keep my mouth shut if I believe something needs to be said ;-)
