Sweat angels > anxiety attacks Yesterday, anxiety landed me in the ER with what I, for a brief moment, thought could be a mini stroke. I was running to take off a pretty strong bout of anger and ended up with a sharp pain in the left side of my neck that triggered numbness in my left side from my face to the tips of my fingers. My arm felt so heavy I couldn't bend it for a while. It scared me enough to visit the hospital, something I NEVER do. Today I decided it was not going to control me and ended up with this pretty sweet arms-above-my-head sweat angel. Thanks #crossfit for being my outlet, I shall always channel my rage through you.
