KEC International Ltd has disclosed a key legal development in an ongoing matter involving a PSU official and a company employee: a government agency has filed a chargesheet, and the court has taken cognizance of the case.
In its financial-results notes, KEC says the matter is sub-judice and it believes it will not have any material impact on operations or financial results.
