He's Not Worried About His Hair When Hisoka Needs A Killin

Heya!! 

aw thanks!  my opinion is far from being expert but i can try! 

This is really hard to say because there’s already a blood bath being teased, with the Succession War and Hisoka hunting down the troupe - not to mention the possibility of the remaining of the Troupe on the boat doing a massacre like they did for Uvo’s requiem (I think it was said that the room in which Chrollo is has for number something that can be read as the way to say “massacre” in Japanese? Don’t take my word on that, but if so… We can expect the worst.)

One of the character I’m almost certain will die is Shizuku, strangely enough, but i think i have a slight bias because of the theory that says Chrollo’s fortunes may have been delayed because he read them (and Neon stated that reading them would make them less accurate) - which is a theory mostly existing because of how Shal’s death fits his fortune, more or less (but it might be far fetched because it feeds on another theory too so…). There’s argument against that of course - But Shizuku’s fortune was to die in a dark room of “treasure ill-gotten”, and they are for now heading in the Boat to get the Kakin’s treasures, which itself is ill-gotten. So I kinda fear for Shizuku’s safety. Even if in the end that theory is completely wrong, I still can’t get out of my mind that Shizuku will die.

I cannot help but be scared for Kurapika with the lots and lots of hinting that he’s losing hours of his life everytime he uses his techniques and I just fear a moment he’ll overdo himself, but I try to be in denial about it. 

One of the other thing i’m scared about is what the King of Kakin said, that “The One Sole  Survivor will be the official successor to the Throne.” - which makes me think it’s possible that the Nen Beast won’t disappear until every Kakin successors slaughtered each other and that therefore, the plan of having Woble flee from the boat seems a little compromised. I doubt there’s any way for Woble to seriously win the war (i mean com’on) but unless there’s a twist like, the last few successors who don’t want to battle learn to live with their Nen Beasts, or that smashing the Nen Beast Jar will save them… I fear for Woble’s safety.

And I can’t see any way for Tserriednich to finish the arc alive, even if  Kurapika has to die to achieve killing him. 

So The Big Ones to Die, or so I expect, is Tserriednich and Shizuku, and maybe Woble, and I can’t help but think mayyyyybe Kurapika (but again, denial and all, Togashi won’t kill off one of his main character right?)

For the rest, I’m rather uncertain, but I think at least Chrollo and Leorio will stay alive. Leorio because I still think there’s way for him to get his storyline now, Chrollo because i’m pretty sure it won’t be his time just yet, we hadn’t seen the last of him. I’m pretty sure Hisoka will stay alive, since he’s been determined to, but therefore I doubt for all the Troupe members. I just think it was confirmed Machi was safe for now because Togashi said he didn’t have the heart to kill her yet. So i’ll count her with the “Won’t die” category.

Other than that? I kinda fear for everyone. I’m kinda sure all the Princes will find one way or another to die, but i’m worried about the bodyguards who are involved.  I think Hanzo is being so worked up after the death of the Prince he was protecting that he may put himself into a dangerous situation. I really doubt Theta is going to survive, but i don’t have strong suspicions she would die either.

 For the Troupe, I think the most likely to die would be those who already showed a large range of their powers, especially in the CA arc. I think mostly about Feitan, likely, he’s probably one of those I would see dying. 

From the Trope that I think might survive but am not sure, I would say maybe Phinks will stay alive at least. But it’s just because it’s been hinted at it was possible the arc with Gyro should happen in Meteor City (or at least Wolfin is looking for him there) and that I therefore think some of the Troupe may be involved in this plotline - and Phinks had a lot of moments showing of how invested in was in that place, so I think it would at least be fair to keep him this far. 

But as a whole, I really can’t know, I mean when I started the CA arc I was expecting everyone but Gon and Killua to die, and we all know how that turned out in the end. 

soooo i may not be the one to come to about it because i would just find reasons why everyone would die.

When I was a baby gay, maybe like 15/16ish, I had a minor crush on this country boy but he was like head over heels into me. One day we were climbing trees together in one of the goat pens & I jokingly told him I wanted to know what he looked like without the beard he had grown. So he straight up just ran off, grabbed some clippers and shaved it off right in front of me.
