i guess dongrang is gone but they'll just replace him. they'll keep feeding the tearful thing with suffering and the root problem of their society isn't one addressed easily

and when juxtaposed with how japan's war crimes were forgotten by the world thanks to their propaganda, k. corp got away just as easily with their mind-erasing technology (possible allegory for 'history is written by the victors?')

in the end, only dante truly remembers what transpired, but they can't do shit with the info. like how the victims of japan's bs were left uncompensated and neglected by the government
