Natalia took a deep breath looking down at the packet in her hands. She had opened it a few days ago. It had been bothering her ever since. She turned it over again and again. The packet wasn’t the problem. A simple little envelope that was inside of a box of things given to her by the Colorado State Police Department. An old box from her parent’s death investigation. Ruled an accident and left unsolved. The box had been lost for years and was now being returned to her almost three decades later. She had looked everywhere for something and set up a meeting with a Private investigator. Her shop was closed and a full cup of now cold tea sat next to her as she waited for the person she intended to hire.
