Nothing gets me excited on a rainy Aloha Friday like Native Wedge-Tailed Shearwaters! ๐ Timโs Tours adventure to Mokuauia Island allowed me to get up close & personal to their natural nesting habitats. Donโt worry; I zoomed in so I didnโt disturb them, but they seemed to like me! Itโs important to preserve these outer islands for these endangered sea birds, because they can no longer nest on the ground on Oahu due to invasive mongoose, feral cats & dogs invading their nests.
