I just thought up a headcannon:
You know the myth of how peacocks dance when it's about to rain, right?
What if Kartik (and maybe Paravani too?) starts dancing with Kaumari, as a signal of sorts for Indra to send rain, and peacocks dance to imitate the trio out of respect?

THEY'D ABSOLUTELY DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT
I feel like they do this every year because it's their job to send Indra a reminder like “yo sir it's your season”
They'd absolutely go full grand mode to dance with the peacocks with music and all and it's a whole show atp...
Also there's another myth I've talked about before, that frog one... So it would be funny if Kaumari and Kartik were the og one's who came up with the froggo vivah thing to call Indra lol...
