Our AU begins with Heiter and His Creation, The Human Centipede.

Katsuro, Lindsay, and Jenny were never discovered or sought out for by The Police, and the three remained victims of The Negligent System. Three names soon to be forgotten by The World. Stockholm Syndrome began to run rampant as the Centipede collectively realized that they were doomed, and sought comfort from Heiter, The Centipede, or at least Katsuro was more obedient towards Heiter, slightly out of fear but also out of the desire to live at least a little longer.

Heiter was able to carry out his horrible experiments with little to no disruptions.

Heiter was quite proud of what he has achieved, achieving not only a sick fantasy he thought he could only dreamt of creating until now, but sick and twisted Medical History.

But what Heiter would shortly come to realize is that three humans as one cannot function together forever, many issues began to arise in the coming weeks. The Three began to exhibit issues such as Poor Circulation, Joint Complications, and Chronic Infections bombarded the Three Person Chain.

It was clear to Heiter that these three weren’t going to live long.

Heiter was devastated by this knowledge, deep down he had formed a bond with The Centipede primarily one sided, and held together by Stockholm Syndrome. He was doing everything he could to preserve his precious specimen for however long he thought nessecary.

Thousands and Thousands of Euros spent on machines to preserve them, Many hours were spent cleaning the stitches of Lindsay and Jenny, along with regular exams of their digestive system, along with attempts to clear it.

Heiter’s mind began to wander though, knowing that his Beloved Centipede wouldn’t be here for much longer, what could he do to preserve his Precious Centipede?

Heiter got a twisted idea..

He wanted badly for his Centipede and Him to become one.

He wanted a Trophy of his accomplishment.

A companion, A human he could tolerate, and that tolerance could only come for His own Flesh and Blood.

Heiter knew he had to act fast if he wanted this to happen, as the infections and other complications were beginning to happen a little too closely together, Time was slowly but surely running out. So, one night while The Centipede was resting in its cage with a little too much trust within their minds due to good ol’ Stockholm, which they would soon regret having in the first place, Heiter would inject all counterparts with anesthesia and quickly get to work.

Extracting DNA from himself, and inseminating the last link, Jenny.

Which in turn, was proven to be a success.

Once The Centipede was impregnated, Heiter had plenty of responsibilities, and noted the risks of this, but he was determined to make it work. He needed some form of a Trophy, living proof that this centipede had existed, and what was better than actual living proof?

Several months pass, and complications did in fact arise. Katsuro had died due to poor circulatory activity, and had to be removed, which in turn left Lindsay to be the front of the centipede now, and was left without a properly functioning mouth and jaw, which in turn left her with no mouth, only being able to consume food through a feeding tube inserted through her nose, both had feeding tubes for extra nutrients for the growing body within. However, despite all of Heiter’s efforts of keeping at least the two alive, they began to show signs of weakness and further deterioration in the seventh month of the pregnancy, which resulted in the inevitable death of Lindsay, which meant the birth would have to commence immediately.

Heiter preformed a C-Section on Jenny, and Malcolm Heiter was born into the world, Two Months earlier than he should have been. By all rights, he shouldn’t have been here at all because his birth was anything but ethical. But he was here, and Heiter for the first time in his life felt a sick sense of not just pride, but love for what he had created.

Jenny unfortunately didn't get to meet her son, because she would pass shortly after the C-Section was concluded. Marking the end of a year long torment, The Human Centipede.

And all that was left, was Malcolm a boy born from a sick and twisted science experiment.

Throughout Malcolm’s life, he knew of his father’s work and he would always turn a blind eye, or help reluctantly whenever he would return home from his private school, he felt as if he was living a double life he couldn’t talk about, part time “normal” child, part time Son of an Evil Surgeon. Even as a child, he would witness his father attempt time and time again to recreate his centipede with animals, for years he had created Centipedes with Dogs, Cats and small rodents.

Plenty of years of doing this, and he wanted to try again, Heiter wanted to revisit The idea of The Human Centipede, and Malcolm in turn would beg his father not to, but to no avail, Heiter loved his son, but he refused to play into what sympathy Malcolm had.

So, Heiter repeated his past actions, kidnapping some unsuspecting victims, four this time, bringing them to his residence to slice and reattach to his liking.

He had kidnapped two women, and two men, and preformed the same surgery that he had preformed many years ago, and had done so once again with great success, in both hiding from the police and being stealthy, and ensuring another, much longer connection, his sick and twisted fantasy was once again carried out, and Malcolm was highly displeased.

Malcolm found all of this to be unethical, disgusting, and down right wrong, and didn’t want to be an assistant in his fathers sick and twisted fantasies anymore, Malcolm hatched the idea to release it out into the world to search for help, breaking his bedroom window to make it seem like The Centipede had breached containment on its own. This, would be both a plea from both Malcolm and The Victims of The Second Centipede.

Malcolm had betrayed his father, he knew this. However he didn’t know the reproductions to come. It didn’t matter, all he knew was he was about to end the reign of terror Josef Heiter was havocking.

Or at least he thought he was..

Heiter discovered that his Second Centipede has breached containment, noticing the broken glass in the bedroom, to which Heiter would switch from the Stern and somewhat soft man he had become for Malcolm, and only him. To the Psychotic man that had started this entire saga all of those years ago. Taking his anger out on son, hitting him several times in the temples of his head, which caused a concussion, and ultimately for him to fall unconscious.

Heiter, feeling immense regret for what he had done to his son in a fit of anger, decided to bring him to the lab and lay him in one of the beds where he could recover.

Once Malcolm had woken up from his dazed state, it was hours later and police had shown up tho the house after The Second Centipede was discovered by passers by on a nearby highway, deceased due to getting hit by a truck.

Heiter, thankful that his son was awake, begged him to come upstairs and vouch for him.

However Malcolm wasn’t having any of it, sitting up to berate his father, even threatening to tell the police everything that he had done. The man was in pain, delirious, and not willing to cooperate with Heiter what so ever, which resulted in Heiter completely loosing it, ignoring all of the knocking at the door, he knocked his son unconscious one more time, without anesthesia of any kind, and began to do something Malcolm would never forgive his father for.

Heiter has sliced Malcolm’s mouth, corner of his mouth to tragus, only for him to stitch it back up, sewing his mouth closed, and leaving him in the basement to suffer.

Heiter had a way with smooth talking his way out of situations, which he managed to do with the police, convincing them that he had no connection to the abomination roaming the streets, and slipped the officers plenty of money to keep quiet, and that they did.

Heiter was no longer a suspect.

After The Police had left. Heiter went to his son, who was sitting up in bed looking up at his Father with an angry glare, the only thing he could manage due to his mouth being sewn closed.

Heiter, for once in his life felt the sting of regret, and soon he was undoing the stitches around his sons mouth, leaving the ones on his cheek to heal. All he could do as he was profusely apologize to his boy, claiming what he did was wrong and was done in a fit of anger.

Malcolm, was very unforgiving, and told his father to stay away from him for at least a few days afterwards, or at least until he found it in himself to forgive his father for what he had done.

And, as suspected, the distance did last a few days, Heiter having one side of the house to himself and Malcolm having the lab all to himself.

On the third day of the separation, Malcolm finally emerged from the lab and decided to discuss with his father on what the terms he would forgive his father on.

Heiter was to stop his unethical behavior, and stop all demented surgeries, on animals and humans, and in Malcolm’s own words “for gods sake, go to fucking therapy.”

Heiter at first considered Death before seeking any kind of treatment for his thoughts, but this was his own flesh and blood speaking to him, his son, his trophy, the greatest thing to happen to him aside from The First Centipede, The only Human he could tolerate. He didn’t want to loose or put anymore strain on what had already been done, so hastily he honored Malcolm’s wishes. He would start Therapy, and close the lab for experiments.

Thus, would begin a new life for the two.

Life After The Centipedes.

Life Afterwards was as close to normal as it could get, something that Heiter and Malcolm were slowly but surely getting adjusted to.

Heiter completely and fully retired from any kind of work revolving around surgery, deciding to focus more on a hobby long forgotten, Art, which never completely filled the void like his sick past time did, but he was working on not mourning it as much.

Malcolm would go on to become the Top Brain Surgeon in all of Germany, giving people their lives back instead of making them worse, leaving his past of assisting in horrible acts behind, and never to return to it.
