Here's my Black Racer, and Apokolips crew! The colors on the first were fun to do, and the second was quite a challenge to get the facial expressions right!

Art vs Artist 2025! I didn't draw much, but I'm proud of the stuff I accomplished. Plus a little self portrait I did just now to reflect my current hair.

I did another in the swirly line style. This time it's our good friend Richard Swift because it seemed like such a fitting style for him.

It feels almost therapeutic to revisit this style. It's the focus and calm needed to make sure the lines don't get out of control. It's the feeling of shaping and carving each one in a pleasing way. I really prefer the feel of this to digital art. I know you can get textured tablet covers to mimic paper, but man there is nothing like dragging an ink pen across the page as fast or as slow as you'd like.
