that run I just went on wasnāt the hardest thing Iāve ever done in my life
but if you cut out grief and dealing with chronic illness stuff
itās definitely around the top
#Kat does running#I donāt even think it was the distance/time#although it was the longest Iāve ever gone#it was the weather#80f and 85% humidity#at 7am!#thank god I brought water with me#that I periodically#poured all over myself#Iām typing this while laying on my floor with the fan on high#I prob shouldāve turned on the ac before I left#but I havenāt really been using it yet#anyway itās hot Iām tired
