This is a random, silly little thought that has plagued my mind for the past few days, so of course I had to share it with the people of tumblr.com, specifically the people of the AVA/AVM fanbase. And that thought is, "What if happened if some unsuspecting kid suggested their dad could beat up the Color Gang's dad?"

Originally an idea involving me trying to figure out how would Purple and the King/Mango would react to the whole "my dad could beat up your dad" thing considering how, even without the staff, the King is still strong, I'm now trying to craft a story in my head involving the Color Gang reacting that kind of challenge. My personal headcanon regrading the five of them is that they're all just a little bit socially unaware. Considering how Blue and Green reacted with confusion and amazement upon seeing another stick when meeting Purple, I don't think this would be an inaccurate thing assume. And with a lack of interactions from other people due to their whole situation comes a lack of understanding of certain phrases and empty threats, like the dad thing. So, logically, this leads to YellowStickFigure.exe casually summoning the Alan Cursor to prove a point.

Why Yellow? Because aside from the fact that he's the only one who can call him, I think out of the entirety of the Color Gang, he's the one who'd take the challenge seriously. Red and Green are probably all for it, Blue is in this weird middle ground of "Hey, let's not do this." and "What's the worst that can happen?", while Orange/TSC is only voice of reason because, y'know, maybe summoning in a city housing corporation who want them arrested when they need to keep a low profile probably isn't the best idea.

I randomly remembered the “You’re my friend now, we’re having soft tacos later” thing and imagined some of the toys saying that to their mini-toy counterpart or Doey saying that, but then I remembered that they can’t have soft tacos later regardless if they’re friend or not because they’re currently stuck in this factory hellscape.

And then after a few seconds of thinking I asked, “But what if they could?”

So now I’m just stuck with the idea of the Playtime Toys somehow managing to consistently order a fuck ton of food to sustain themselves for years to come without anyone investigating where the hell this food is going to. Or, y’know, not being able to fully investigate because they might turn up dead. I call this idea horrendous because it’s violently stupid but it’s so funny in the fact that it’s so nonsensical. Because what do you mean after the Hour of Joy, the Prototype just claps his hands together and goes “Alright, good job guys! Let’s have a pizza party!”

(Just for context; Carousel is the main location for my Smiling Critters AU, Smiling Critter Adventures, called that because carousel's usually have animals on them and are often called merry-go-rounds and the Smiling Critters' main job is to help the merry go 'round)

Oftentimes, DogDay will crack jokes in his usual happy-go-lucky tone for the sole purpose of being knowingly annoying. He does this affectionately, of course (sometimes) because getting his friends to groan in annoyance is a special kind of joy. The gang will be seated on top of a cliff, staring off into the sunset after a magnificent and life changing experience and DogDay, knowing exactly how his friends will react to him saying this, mouths off "That truly was a Smiling Critters Adventure" as his grin grows wider and wider as the group erupts in a chorus of sighs, groans, and complains, sans CraftyCorn who doesn't immediately get the joke and only response is a soft "Oh." once she does.

If the Smiling Critters aren't reeling from the fact that their leader is unapologetically yet adorably corny, they usually don't mind DogDay's jokes. It's an endearing, silly trait they've all gotten used to and none of them are exactly exempt from making similar jokes.

The Nightmare Critters, on the other hand, hate these puns, because of course they would. This is where the "sometimes" thing of DogDay being purposefully annoying comes in as he will continually ragebait the Nightmares in his usual cheerful tone whenever they're up to no good. Sometimes, he doesn't even have to try to be annoying on purpose as they'll still hate it either way. And the worst part is it's starting to rub off on them.

like there’s a Bigger Body Poppy hidden somewhere deep within the factory, probably made out of whatever was left out of Poppy Ludwig stuck in a case similar to the one in Chapter One but bigger and it looks like a casket kind of, she’s asleep fairytale princess style but able to project her consciousness onto Poppy dolls. She can do this with a bunch of them too so she can just have a bunch of Poppy dolls running around.

Harumi: Lloyd, how do you even manage to function with four arms?! Can you help me out?!

Lloyd: Oh? Are you asking for my help?

Harumi: Lloyd-

Lloyd: Are you asking for assistance for something that you have completely inflicted on yourself?

Harumi: Lloyd would you-

Lloyd: Because making a cult in my father’s name wasn’t enough- no, you had to become him-

Harumi: Montgomery-

Lloyd: It’s a good thing that you’re hair’s already white or else you’d damage it forever-

Harumi: Can you get off your high horse and help me?!

Lloyd: Oh, this isn’t my high horse. This is my average horse. This is how I normally act
