03/25/21 - Karchner Caverns State Park, AZ - NOT OUT OF THE WOODS YET - On our way out of the park today, we decided to take a quick tour of the museum at the Visitor’s Center. In addition to learning about ‘wet caves’ we also got a friendly reminder that we’re not out of the woods yet with regard to Covid. As for us, we still take precautions even though we’ve survived our respective bouts with Covid and subsequently, got vaccinated. Why? Because they still don’t know how long either natural or vaccination immunity will last. Time will tell.

03/24/21 - Kartchner Caverns State Park, AZ - CLOUD DISPLAY - We love this State Park and will have to come back to go on their unique ‘wet cave’ tour when they get back to full capacity post-Covid. In the meantime, we’ll settle for a nice afternoon hike through the rolling hills and take some nice pics at the viewpoints: today, it was the multi-colored cloud display spread out over the valley and distant snow capped mountains that stood out the most.
