In Karnataka, climate change has caused serious water scarcity, disrupting agriculture, the main livelihood for rural communities. WOTR addresses these challenges through watershed development and sustainable farming projects. As a women empowerment NGO in Karnataka, we have formed self-help groups with over 400 members, empowering women to lead positive change in their communities through financial independence and active participation in climate-resilient agricultural and rural initiatives.
