I can't pick one anime or book, but for manga I'll go with Pandora Hearts. I guess my favorite movie is My Fair Lady, my favorite TV show is currently Supernatural and my favorite video game Mario Kart.

I don't really have a single favorite band but one of my all time favorites are Billy Talent. Usually I like rock the most, but you'll find all sorts of music on my ipod.
