(Another) Kano -> Kido confirmation
So as we all (should by now) know, about a year ago in the final novel we learnt that Kano likes Kido (in that way). Manga didn’t want to fall behind though and in the final volume we got this (that jp fandom went absolutely crazy about as you can see from RTs and likes):
It’s the character info that’s been in other manga volumes as well, but something in Kano’s description changed.
The first two sentences mean “Childhood friends with Kido and Seto.” and “His ability is deceiving.”, but there’s a third sentence that wasn’t there before:
“Kido ni omoi o yoseteita.”
“He fell in love with Kido.”
So if (for some reason) you weren’t convined before by the novel, there you have it. Explicitly stated, as straightforwardly as it could be, that Kano is in love with Kido. (Also being the long-awaited answer to Mary’s question ;) )

Kido. Most of the time anyway. When Kano sees it, he just ‘tries’ to not laugh.
...If it was Kano...he just blushes (but hidden with his ability)

Kano the big ass dork. Kid wouldn’t do it because it’s too girly, cheesy and not cool for someone like her. Kano just does it when he’s very in love.
Who starts the tickle fights
Kano, just to tease Kido.
...Thinking about it, when they’re in a relationship, I can see Kido alternate from hitting Kano to deactivate his ability to tickling him to deactivate it.
Like...can you just imagine when Kido thinks Kano is using his ability, he just pokes his side with her finger to make him squeal and stop using his ability?
Who starts the pillow fights
Kano...but he will have to say his prayers when Kido gets in the game.
Who falls asleep last, watching the other with a small affectionate smile
Kano. Hands down. He is such a night owl (or cat...?) and just loves to stay up and watch Kido sleep peacefully.
Kido is the morning person though, and when she wakes up to Kano just snoozing away, she just smiles.
Who mistakes salt for sugar
Kano just because I headcanon him suck at cooking (or at least not as good as Kido...he just makes ramen while Kido can create a three course meal)
Who lets the microwave play the loud beeping sound at 1am in the morning
I don’t really get this question, but you mean the microwave beeping after heating up something? I guess Kano, since Kano will come home late from his late night walks and might want to cook some left over dinner left behind (cue to that at least letting Kido know he’s back if she wakes up from it)
Who comes up with cheesy pick up lines
Kano. Kido is not amused.
Who rearranges the bookshelf in alphabetical order
Kido when she’s on a cleaning spree!
Who licks the spoon when they’re baking brownies
Kano! ...What? He’s helping Kido clean up while she bakes!
Who buys candles for dinners even though there’s no special occasion
Kano because he’s such a nerd, dork and just like to buy random things for the sake of being random.
Who draws little tattoos on the other with a pen
Kano. Because...he cannot resist.
However, he has to wait until Kido’s awake...but once she’s awake and see what he drew...welp.
Who comes home with a new souvenir magnet every time they go on vacation
Kano because memories! Plus it will look nice on the refrigerator, and it will remind Kido the fun they had on the vacation!
Who convinces the other to fill out those couple surveys in the back of magazines
Kano. He just reads the magazine’s surveys and just nag Kido to finish it with him. She doesn’t want to, but she would give in when he’s super persistent.
