Peace
Peace, the first letter of PLURR, is very important in the rave culture, and personally in my own life. Hostility typically serves no purpose other than to defend an ego that is lacking inner peace. Violence, no matter the situation, is NEVER the answer.
To be peaceful comes from within. You must have the strength and knowledge to keep yourself strong, no matter what obstacles come your way. You must be confident in yourself, and be strong in times of stress and anxiety.Â
Though I do get stressed, I have mantras that help me come back down for my daily life.
At raves, the peace never leaves me. I feel so at home there, with the bass heartbeat pounding throughout my body, the music washing over me and reminding me that: yes. I am home.
