Ai was not the sort of person who was clumsy enough to trip and fall on seemingly nothing, nor was he the sort of person who would run face-first into another. Hence when he rounded a corner and there was another person right there walking his direction his instinctive reaction was to do a quarter turn and sidestep, an easy enough motion for one accustomed to dancing.
“Excuse me.” At least he was polite enough to say that much. Hmmm, this smaller boy had hair about the same color as his, the first time he’d seen such a thing.
