There are still trains using the railway line. Today a long train hauling soda ash passed the Foreman Cottage at Kameel Huise Tussen Spore. The 34-diesel locomotives pulled all the freight through Kameel. As always a friendly driver greeted us. In days gone past, we would talk about a mixed train meaning goods and passengers. This time we call the train mixed due to the variety of soda ash wagons. Ma Floss en n span vroue het gehelp om n hospitaal op Stella te bou. Hulle het n ou kooperasie help verander om die Louis Swanepoel Tehuis vir bejaardes te vestig. Die sportgronde en skoolsaal op Kameel het hulle gehelp daarstel. Die slaai het baie basaaretes se tafels laat kreun.
