I like to imagine when summer roles around Kalim will have to explain the whole like. He’s been letting Jamil use hypnosis on him for years and that he doesn’t want him to receive any punishment because he kinda blames himself a little bit and he wants what’s best for Jamil, so he should be left alone. I think his dad would just laugh at him. This is the same guy who watched Kalim crash out about Jamil for essentially all of middle school and then throw up and beg to follow him to magic school. And then he hears on top of it all Kalim has been letting his… um… object of affection hypnotize him? Hilarious. Kinda kinky. His kid has managed to prove time and time again he’s even more fucked up abt this servant than previously thought possible.
