VörKAJ serves as an umbrella term for the concept of Vörjeans and KAJ interacting with each other/being in the same universe/things that is giving their energy.

- Jakob in the denim jacket and with the cap a few days ago in KAJ's insta story

- Jakob putting Håo Håo Vöbåo in his insta story

- KAJ posting Vörjeans in their story (AND CALLING THEM THEIR FRIENDS WJSHDHWHWHWJ CANON THIS IS CANON IN THIS ESSAY I WILL--)

- Fics in which we got Kevin and Määnin kissing (for example) (also look at this one)

- any type of interaction/reference.

- sometimes I wear denim and a shirt that gives sauna vibes then I consider myself a VörKAJ reference.

- Vörjeans being on the Kom To Byin Album or playing at KAJce and KAJ10 (I have a fic planned that shall deal with the album thing btw)

So in short, just any type of Vörjeans having to do with Humorgruppen. Can be platonic, romantic. Real "in canon" (friendly reminder in Vörjeans universe they canonically went to school together) (education post who this is peak propaganda post) or a fanfiction.

Therefore the term "VörKAJ friend group" (MY BELOVED). Just a friend group with all six of them, nothing indicating any romantic stuff. Just Vörjeans+KAJ. KAJ as in Kevin, Axel and Jakob.

There's been many VörKAJ references recently. Cathedrals everywhere for those with eyes to see or so they say. And it's PEAK.

There's a subcategory of that which I call "Existential VörKAJ". Because it has Vörjeans and KAJ together but Vörjeans still aren't real. I have written fics with this concept. Which would be "One Chance" and "Kissing is not on the table" or most recently "Just The Three Of Us". (I would've put the links but I am on mobile and excited).

Mostly Angst. KAJ being somewhat in contact with KAJ not being real people. Severjeans (GORGEOUS FIC, GO READ IT) for example would also fall into this category, by my definition.

Moving on to Kajeans. I called VörKAJ an umbrella term. Kajeans on the other hand is a ship name. The ship name for all six VörKAJ guys. As in:

Kevin+Axel+Jakob+Tommy+Freppa+Määnin × romantic || sexual = Kajeans

Kajeans is therefore a ship name just like Frepäänin, PolyKAJ, Jakmy, Frevin, Tomäänin, Bertole or Klaskenneth. Just because it's six fucking people (sometimes literally) mushing together names would be difficult. (Although it has Määnin's name. The Jean. Hehe. He would like that. This actually will be acknowledged in Frevin Car Mechanic-- eherm.)

I sometimes like to say Kajeans minus [member] if it's just five of them. I have a AroAce Tommy Tall fic with that for example. ("His Husband". Check it out if you haven't. It's pretty funny.) That would be Kajeans-Tommy. (I LOVE AROACE TOMMYY. I need to write my aroallo!Tommy/Frepäänin fic ugh.)

If you know my Hotshot Stripper Series there is Jakob/Axel/Tommy/Määnin in it. Existing separately from Frevin (FREVIN MENTIONED). This makes four people. They have a ship name too which is their band name. I don't want to drop it here because I didn't post it yet and it will be revealed in a funny way but yeah.

Kajeans however is ALL six. Alternatively you COULD say PolyVörKAJ I guess. But honestly don't do that. As by my definition PolyVörKAJ could also mean Freppa/Määnin/Kevin/Axel. (Who also got a fic. As a background ship but I want to do something properly with them from this universe as well...)

Therefore Kajeans automatically includes RPF cause it's real people fiction. VörKAJ on its own isn't RPF. I make it RPF. Very quickly. Very easily. But there's nothing RPF about Axel wearing marimekko denim stuff. Nor about me calling it a VörKAJ reference because he's wearing denim. Me saying Määnin would make fun of him for it isn't shippy RPF. Me saying Määnin would get Axel out of those "ugly" denim clothes because he likes the underneath better and Axel being rather fond of that would definitely be shippy RPF. Hehe.

The VörKAJ existed first. "non poly vörkaj" I called it in my notes to my first VörKAJ fic. The term Kajeans came by a friend irl mishearing me explaining all the lore and me really liking the term. Kajeans is more like one word, it's together and soft and belongs together like yes. While VörKAJ has the little break. And especially if spelled VörKAJ instead of Vörkaj (which is just me sometimes being lazy, same as saying Kaj or KAJ).

So yeah.

VörKAJ = umbrella term for any type of Vörjeans and Humorgruppen (as in the three KAJ guys) relation.

Kajeans = ship name for all six VörKAJ guys
