For those whose identity is kaizo in nature with kaizo referring to the kind of level, typically a Mario one, that is extremely difficult and tests both the knowledge and skill of the player. Kaizo doesn't have to only refer to Mario Kaizo levels, that is just the most popular usage.
Being "kaizo in nature" means to be difficult due to complexity. From gender to orientation to anything beyond. One may need some prerequisite knowledge to understand someone who is kaizo in nature.
