i feel like he's the most level-headed person in stress related situations - he's their leader, after all - and so if he is w someone who is going through anxiety, i think he'd probably talk them through it and remind them that nothing is more important than a person's well-being. i feel like he'd be able to counsel them into relaxing fully just by telling them that it'll be okay.

jin:

he is the eldest and in some respects the goofiest member of the group. if he was w someone who was going through anxiety, i think his course of action would be to distract them with conversation or humor, enough for the person to relax and feel better.

yoongi:

the less a person talks, the more they think. in yoongi's case, i feel like he's such a good observer and dynamic thinker that he'd be able to tell when someone is nearing getting really anxious while they are still in the process. i think yoongi would play some music or hold the person's hands to calm them down.

hobi:

one of the most energetic members of the group, hobi, i think, would try to reach out to the root of the cause of a person's anxiety. he'd probably hold them close and urge them to talk abt everything that is bothering them and tell them that he'd be there for them through it.

jimin:

i feel like jimin's first instinct would be to hug the person going through anxiety. he'd sit w them in a calm, quiet place, and maybe hum to them and rock them to the tune of his humming until they relax. idk i think jimin would be able to make an anxious person fall asleep on him, he'd be that peaceful.

tae:

i think tae would offer this person respite through something to eat or drink. diff ppl deal w anxiety differently, so if the person is not bothered by ingestion, i feel like tae would offer them some comfort food and a shoulder to lean on while they gather themselves.

jungkook might actually cuddle with someone he feels is going through anxiety. let them cry their heart out between his arms, reassuring the person that they are safe w him. he, too, i think could make an anxious person fall asleep on him bec of his calming presence.
