How to order CPAP andĀ sleep related supplies from Kaiser (northwest 2020)
IF you are a Kaiser member in Oregon or Washington, the process for ordering CPAP, sleep supplies, has changed dramatically over the years.Ā
I am not sure when ordering online became a thing for Kaiser in the PNW, but now (June 22 20220) you can order your CPAP supplies online through kp.org.Ā
log on to KP.org
Click on Message Center in the navigationĀ bar
Click the Compose button
Click the "Managing My Care" button
Click the "choose recipient" drop down (the little V)
Select "Sleep DME supply reorder"Ā
all you need to do is put "May I please have a new mask" or whatever, in the subject box
leave a nice message in the message body box.Ā
scroll down to near the bottom of the page and clickĀ āsendā
THEORETICALLY. your supplies will be sent to your home address within a week and you will be billed for the balance.Ā
NOTE: if you are new to Kaiser, and have never done a sleep study, or had your CPAP supplies and settings entered into your chart by Kaiser, you may need to do so before this will work.Ā
