finally trying to catch up!
tasks completed:
collecting and taking out trash
some dishes (not all :/)
short hike with my dog
a couple work trainings
two productive days at work with overtime!
started a plan to improve my nutrition habits (increase protein as a vegetarian, more whole foods)
daily goals:
30 minutes of exercise (2/2 days)
read something (1/2)
gratitude journal (2/2)
15 mindful minutes outdoors (2/2)
tasks for tomorrow:
plan grocery list and schedule pickup for saturday
transition kitty litter
work on etsy shop
work on dog training small business
have a relaxed weekend to refresh and boost mental health
plan a weekend hike with my dog and a friend
