These are like the corniest doodles I've made in a long time and that says a lot but mannnn. I love pairing people who can't cook together. They're a kinda hard pair to draw cohesively- Not that I regularly draw either on their own anyways 😭 I'm still learning how I wanna draw them- but what I do know what suits my style and the ship best is to draw kuro more realistic-ish than he usually is, just like how Kabru sees him hehehe. But what's really nice with duos that both have black as an important color in their palettes is you can give different complementary tints to their respective blacks...
Shit has gotten too real I need to write fics for them guys I can't do this. It's not just that in any modern AU boom make Kabru the tutor or senior to transfer student/coworker Kuro that shows him around and it's not just soulcrushing homesick existential melancholia about compassion and understanding and seeing someone and trauma and being ripped away from your homeland no it's both....
