So uh it's been like 3 months I guess and in that time I've actually drawn a few things, and I've redesigned 2 of the Hero's Will crew (by which i mean I've gotten closer to a potential final design for em)
On the left is Princess Kabena Scaldena (formerly Kabu Scorsa) of the nation of Aridia. Aridia originally was meant to be inspired by vaqueros and the old "wild west" aesthetic, but somehow in looking up references I got sidetracked and based it on that old vague middle east/egyptian fusion vibe instead. I think this is better
Next is Dollum, the grouchy asshole rogue. He has a beard and a poncho now, when before he had a scarf and was clean shaven. This design as actually inspired by Bruno Madrigal, and wouldn't you know it: this is my favorite one. He really captures the personality that I wanted him to have here
