personally I’ve never seen a writer change a fem reader request to a t-masc request so you’re probably not being specific enough and that not the writes fault, it’s yours.
writing is hard and writers do it for free, you’re not owed someone’s time to write a request down to the letter. sometimes only part of a request inspires a writer for a story and the only way the can write it is to adjust it and you don’t need to read it like there’s no gun to your head, it’s ok to scroll🤷🏻♀️
