How are the Penguin Band in this world?
Are they even a band?
Note (Ignore if you want): I'm the same person who asked who Gary was in this case Garrett, and I barely noticed that instead of writing "he" I wrote "she" and it's like LMAO I'm so fucking stupid. What I can say is that English isn't my language and I was using Google Translate, not because I don't know the language, but just to write it more or less well, but oh well, I'm really sorry Garrett XD
(And I'm sorry for the long text)
The penguin band crew names in this AU:
Stompin’ Bob ➢ Slamin’ Brad
Petey K ➢ P Kurt
G Billy ➢ George B
Franky ➢ Fredrick
Why yes, but some of the remaining 3 members had a lot of fights centering around what they want to actually do with the band. ever since their lead ‘quitted'.
-----------
As for the leader himself.....
LO!Franky is called Fred or Fredrick. He’d go by Fred in the band, but when he’s ‘recruited’ by the EPF, Algid calls him Freddy.
He fights with his band a bunch over differing values and him being selfish. Auntie notices and decides to recruit him.
He joins willingly being promised power. But on his first day is poisoned after taking a treat offered to him. The sickness makes him unable to attend the practice with his band.
Auntie makes him work a ton as a new recruit. In this time she lies about how great those others are doing without him. They don’t seem to need him at all.
Of course that’s a lie. They aren’t dying or anything but they certainly aren’t thriving.
But Auntie doesn’t care she just wanted to tick off Fred. Show him how all he needed was the EPF.
But despite what he said before, he did care for the band. And he likes K-Dance and them all. He just was focused entirely on his own selfish desire for a while. likely only realizing how much he cared for them all when he was ‘recruited’ into the EPF.
It humbles him that the band could be fine without him. That he’s not the lynch pin that keeps them all together. It softens him and makes him feel like a jerk for being so self centered. And he notices that the EPF is really cruel with what it’s doing.
And Auntie notices. And she would usually let Veteran ‘take care’ of the troublesome recruit. But Fred has a superb listening ear. That she can’t have the EPF losing. So she starts playing cruel. Letting him know that his old band could be uprooted in an instant. And returning to them would be a terrible idea for the band and himself.
But oh well!
She’s only trying to help him. He has so much potential in the EPF. He doesn’t need that old band. They hated him after all :).
