          ONE OF the many words used to describe katerina evans was ‘petty’ and it was true. kat wasn’t proud of her pettiness but that side of her often came out when her pride was hurt. she’s never been dumped before and yet, her ex ended things with her claiming that kat wasn’t spending enough time with them. was it her fault though, that she had a very successful career along with her bandmates? she had contacted them whenever she was on tour, even doing facetime calls and whatnot, but apparently that was not enough for ex. and so after a rather huge and loud argument, their relationship was over. tonight’s party was the first one she’s been to since the breakup happened and she was dressed to the nines. it did slip her mind that said ex would be at the party and as soon as her eyes landed on their form, dancing with another, she could feel the blood boil under her skin. clenching her jaw, she went to the bar and ordered three shots of tequila  — all for herself of course — when she turned her head, blinking in surprise when she saw the familiar female beside her. “helena? long time no see,” she greeted her with a sincere grin — her first of the night. “how’ve you been?”
