Like I said, it’s a matter of preference/mother tongue/accent/dialect.
“Loki” is a name that exists in all languages at once, because of mythology, so every language has its own pronunciation. Some of them are similar, some are closer to the original, but all are equally correct.
In Hungarian we use something like “locky” with a very short “o” and short “i”.
