Hazevamp27′s reviews of Black Sails, on YouTube are so on point, she’s a total Flint/Silver shipper. When she reviewed episode 303, when they were becalmed in the middle of the sea with no wind, she called Flint the Papa Bear and Silver the Mama Bear.
The scene when two crewmen were accused of stealing really sealed their roles. Silver, the Mama Bear wanted to find out which child had done wrong so they could be punished, Mama Bear always wants to give the kids a chance ot come clean; but Papa Bear Flint was fucking tired of this shit, he was working all day and doesn’t want to hear anybody’s bullshit, he’s the Papa Bear who says, “both of you all’s getting an ass whooping,” (in their case, killed)
