Feel like this is an important post to make
So I'm totally aware that I have been inactive for a really long time and although I love this blog to death and talking about health and fitness is a huge passion for me, there have been some real benefits that have come out of not being active.
For a bit of time a few months ago, health and fitness was all I could think of and I gotta be honest it seriously started to become all I could think of, to the point where my motives were becoming more of a problem than a benefit. I've noticed since I have stopped thinking about it as often I have become so much more positive and i feel like my head is clearer because I'm not just constantly thinking about how much I have eaten and how much I have exercised.
So basically just a reminder because I think it's important:
(TL;DR) Let health and fitness be a passion and let it be a positive influence in your life, but please don't let it take over your head.
