Do you have thought out lore on how Plo avoided getting Order 66ed? Did he manage to de-chip the Wolfpack on his own or did someone else come in and be like "yo we got a problem!"
Also, who handed him Luke? Because that was a genius idea and they should get a medal
Okay, so I can’t explain the how of anything that happens in my Star Wars AUs.
I don’t have the time to dig into the giant that is Star Wars canon and find the most plausible reason for anything. I’m a new fan whose knowledge is limited. Things just happen! 😂

In the ‘Wolf son and Fox daughter’ AU, the chips degraded enough that the clones with a closer bond to the Jedi managed to fight off its control. (I think here the Force could have tried to destroy the chips through its conduits, the Jedi?) So there are quite a few Jedi running around with their traitors-to-the-Empire clone team in tow.
Plo Koon is one of them, of course. (And the Wolfpack had the most violent reaction to the Order. Plo had to stop them from doing anything drastic and coax them into talking to him again.)

Obi-Wan did! Again, I don’t know how exactly, but Plo Koon and Obi-Wan got into contact. Obi-Wan thought it would be better if one of the twins was entrusted to another Jedi. Especially Plo Koon. So they met up, and Luke was given to the Wolfpack.
Hence the name: Wolf son.
(As child-free as he is, Obi-Wan likely runs around being bait. A very thorny bait that inconveniences the Empire at every opportunity and assists the Rebellion where he can. He’s not the only Jedi to do so.)
