[ID: A three page noir (black and white) comic of the final scene of Juno Steel and the Soul of the People Part Two. 

Page One. First panel shows silhouettes of the backs of Juno Steel, Rita, and Jet Siquliak’s heads as they peer into the open cargo bay of a massive spaceship. Two silhouetted figures stand inside holding hands. A dust cloud billows from beneath the ship, framing it. The edge of the Ruby 7 car can just barely be seen. The caption reads: “Finally, I cleared the sand from my eye and then I saw them in the belly of that spaceship.”   Second panel shows Juno, eye patch over his right eye, looking into the ship. The wind blows the collar of his trench coat over his mouth. The caption reads: “My future.”   Third panel shows a silhouette of Jet pushing his bike up the ramp into the ship, with a silhouette of Rita watching him from the bottom of the ramp. The caption reads: “The big guy, Jet Siquliak, pushing his bright green hovercycle onto the walkway of the spaceship.”   Fourth panel shows Rita turning back to look at Juno. She wears a small smile. The caption reads: “Rita looking back at me, eyes jittering with what I hoped was excitement.”   Fifth panel shows Buddy Aurinko, one of the figures within the ship, smiling almost smugly. She is surrounded by stars. The caption reads: “Buddy Aurinko, human fireball, red hair and hard eyes burning bright and warm in the dark, dark night.”  Sixth panel shows a close up of Buddy and Vespa’s hands clasped together lovingly.   The eighth panel shows Vespa I., the second figure from the ship, also surrounded by stars. She looks tired, mostly. The caption reads: “Green-haired Vespa I., who I barely knew, who barely knew me, looking a little less shaky than she had been but staring scimitars right through me.” 

Page Two. First panel shows the front of the Ruby 7 car, which is colored green, the only color in the whole comic. A mysterious figure sits on the hood of the Ruby 7, but they are covered by the caption. The caption reads: “The car, its engine rumbling like steady breathing.”   Second panel shows the handle of the car door on the left side of the Ruby 7.   Third panel shows the license plate of the Ruby 7. The caption reads: “The letters ‘Ruby 7′ across its license plate.”   Fourth panel shows a close up of Juno’s eye. He’s looking almost slightly surprised as he sees the figure sitting on the car for the first time. The caption reads: “And then... I saw....”  The background of the comic fades to black and the next caption, “Him”, sits alone and isolated in the center of the page.   Fifth panel shows a close up of Peter Nureyev’s sassy eyes.   Sixth panel shows a close up of Nureyev’s nose and lips.  Seventh panel shows a close up of Nureyev’s hand on the hood of the Ruby 7. His fingernails have grown long and sharp. The caption along the bottom of the page reads: “Sitting on the car’s green hood... I saw him.” 

Page Three. Full page image of Peter Nureyev posing sexily on the hood of the green Ruby 7. His knees and hands rest on the car, while his booty is indeed popped up into the air. His hair has grown to his shoulders and he wears dark lipstick. There are sparkles around his face and TONS of sparkles around his booty. And like Buddy and Vespa, around the edges of the page he too is surrounded by stars.

Jet sits furthest on the left and takes up nearly a third of the couch. His eyes are obscured by a dark fedora, and he wears a dark shirt, brown pants, and light brown jacket. He smiles sweetly down at Rita, who sits on a little square ottoman directly in front of him. His left arm is draped along the back of the couch. With his other hand, he reaches for a little pink potato chip that Rita is handing to him. 

RIta sits cross-legged on the little light blue ottoman. She has a pink shirt with a white collar, a loose pink skirt, and tiny bare feet. She smiles as she hands the little pink potato chip to Jet behind her. She holds an open yellow chip bag in her lap with a salmon-shaped symbol on the bag’s label. Her hands are covered in light pink dust. 

Sitting in the middle of the couch are Juno and Peter, cuddling. Juno sits beside Jet, smiling sweetly at Peter. Juno holds a teal mug full of lightly steaming tea in his lap with one hand, and his other hand is holding Peter’s. Juno is wearing purple pants, a button-up shirt with a white and light grey checkerboard pattern on the body and plain white sleeves, and a white eye patch. He also wears dark purple lipstick and a light purple bow tie. 

Peter smiles happily down at Juno, one arm lovingly draped around him. Peter wears a white button-up shirt, black pinstripe pants, a long black neck bow, and a black and grey corset. He also wears red lipstick, eyeglasses, a dangling earring, and several rings on his hand. His hand is holding Juno’s tightly in his lap. 

Sitting on the right side of the picture is Buddy Aurinko. She wears a long red dress and little leather boots, and her skin is covered in small patches of dark grey and red radiation burns, including one across her face over her left eye. She leans into Vespa next to her as they embrace each other sweetly, and has one hand on the back of Vespa’s neck. 

Sitting on the arm of the couch next to Buddy is Vespa I. Vespa holds Buddy’s other hand. She is wearing ripped brown pants with dark brown suspenders, a white sleeveless shirt, and green shoes with light green laces. She has a little golden earring and a little silver nose ring. She is leaning down to give Buddy a kiss on the cheek. A tiny pink heart floats above the two. 

There are three windows behind them, looking out into space.

Juno wears a purple trench coat and a white turtleneck, and has on dark lipstick and white eyeliner. He has one hand on Peter’s chest, his fingers sliding under Peter’s jacket, and the other hand on Peter’s back, pulling him closer. 

Peter is in his Rex Glass disguise from Juno Steel and the Case of the Murderous Mask. He wears a black suit and tie with a white button-up shirt, eyeglasses, a gold dangling earring, and red lipstick. Both of his hands are on the lapels of Juno’s trench coat. He appears to be smiling slightly as he kisses Juno. 

The background is grey with their shadows behind them in dark grey. They have the little white outline of a heart above their heads.
