I love being normal when it comes to media because I feel like the target audience of everything. If you ignore the fact that I wont pay for a game above £30 & I tend to pirate ofc. But other than that, I'm like. The ideal consumer. I watch movies because I like them. I don't care if people think a movie is overly good or bad. I am shockingly mid at video games.
I am also autistic and hyperfixate on things to an absurd degree, but this is about my viewing of the Dark Knight trillogy and my shockingly bad playthrough of many videogames. I've been "watching" the Dark Knight trillogy with my dad, and by "watch" I mean he watches it on the TV with headphones on and I read the subtitles whilst I write. I get the core elements and I think it's cool when there's action, but that's about it. I don't care about VFX. I don't care about good writing. I just enjoy. Though don't get me wrong, I have been known to overanalyse. It's just sometimes nice to just enjoy a movie. I've been told the second movie is like. The best ever. And it's a good movie. But I just enjoyed it, yk? I love Deltarune & I have many friends who are VERY into Deltarune like I am, but I am not the best at fights. It takes me a while to beat them, and when my friend comes up to me telling me about how he beat RK no hit no items or something like that, I'm just clapping on the sidelines like "yayyy well done!!!! now come help me beat jackenstein i'm stuck"
