Day 8
I could actually sleep last night!! Coex/Gangnam/ Badminton/ ehwa day!
Coex mall at Samsung station is quite a big area. This is where we ate Japanease food. Although I was not too hungry since I ate at Paris Baggette for breakfast. The chicken and salad was delicious though!
Gangnam has so many different cafes and the atmosphere is just so clean and sophisticated. We tried a really delicious cafƩ where I ordered a green tea frap. with red bean. I also got to try all of there drinks as well. Everything was just so delicious. We also went to forever 21 and H&M. I bought a pretty black maxi dress J. I could not find any shorts though. I think I am too picky when it comes to shorts. We could not stay too long, because jo and I had to go to badminton!
At badminton it was actually really fun. There were a lot of not bad players and the birdie system is awesome. The only downside is that it is so HOT in that gym!! All in all though the people at Seoul National University are actually pretty good!
Next, we took a subway to Ehwa University. I am actually quite surprised that a full days worth of transportation costs only $5. At Ehwa we ate japanease food again. I tried a really different type of noodle. I think it was called slush noodles. But we also tried dumplings and flamed beef! Quite interesting watching the lady flame the beef! The slush noodle thing tasted quite āinteresting.ā I probably would not get it again, it was not my cup of tea. After that, they brought me back to my place. Plus, we saw a guy playing pianoā¦he was such a pro player.Ā
