On January 9, 2013, Gogo over at www.juicybomb.com brought Portia Pexington’s “Beauty Base Zero” blogger challenge to my attention. I have been wanting to participate in the challenge ever since, but I’ve never stayed logged in long enough since then to do it. After wishing that I had a post I could link to for credits to my consistently worn items, I finally sat myself down and contributed!
I think that everyone should have a “beauty base” for their frequently worn avatars. It provides a great foundation when you’re putting an outfit together and it allows you to just throw on an entire folder of body parts/skins/etc. when you want to take a bunch of clothing attachments off for a new outfit. Also, as I mentioned earlier, it allows you to provide a link or a copy/paste list for your avatar essentials, which can make blogging an outfit go much faster!
