Iāve learned a lot from my weight loss journey. Itās a long hard road that never ends. Iāve gone through the days where I am on top of the world. Iām eating healthier, Iām working out, Or Iām seeing progress. My clothes are fitting better , I am slowly becoming a more confident person. The people around you are also seeing the weight loss. Eveything is amazing. No one ever tells you about hard honest truth about weight loss. Itās NEVER an uphill journey. There are days where I wake up and I am not motivated. I will say that I am gonna have a ācheat mealā Iāve been doing amazing for the past 2 months. I deserve a treat. That cheat meal turns into a all day binging fest. Which leads to me not going to the gym , which leads to me falling off my high horse. I slowly gain all the weight back and Iām miserable with myself. Iām depressed and I binge eat. I am now back to square one. The people around you are now making smart remarks because you canāt keep the weight off. You feel embarrassed to go anywhere because of this. One day you stumble across something or a film. You become motivated. You share the excitement you are filled with again to others around you. You donāt receive the response you want, they are negative. Or they are passive aggressive saying ā oh another diet ?ā ā you sure you will be able to stick to it this timeā ā will you gain it all back once you stop the diet ?ā DONT LET THIS NEGATIVE BULLSHIT GET TO YOU. You do you . You find the motivation to become successful. You will find what works for you. Most of the time these people are haters and are afraid of you doing something that they can not. Iām begging you , do not give up on yourself. Prove these people wrong.
