He had enough skill to work with computers so he did that all while managing to leak out information to people on the outside who are trying to destroy the company.

He's a spy within the ranks but knows exactly how to work the system so no one would find out and no one would suspect him if they ever did realize.

But then Kurt comes along, a new recruit, taken from his home and newly orphaned as the company always made sure no one looks for the teenagers they turn into assassins.

However, unlike the other recruits Kurt knows that the company killed his family and he is hellbent on destroying them.

He has an attitude and he's loud and refuses to obey and follow the rules, he just wants to take out his anger on everyone who works there and it gets him in a lot of trouble.

Since Blaine is young for a techie they often have him talk to some of the kids, he is sent in a person their age they can talk to even if he has a higher rank so they send him to work with Kurt on accepting his place. Blaine is expected to bring him on the right path.

At first Kurt hates him because he is still a figure of authority and a lot of their get-togethers turn into yelling matches and at one point Blaine mocks him, tells him the only reason he's not doing the work is because he knows he can't do it and on that Kurt is furious and storms out.

Then the next day Blaine is in some server room (doesn't have cameras) and Kurt comes barging and tries to take him down, to prove that he can fight and that he has what it takes to be an assassin. 

But Blaine (who is supposed to be injured somewhere I don't where yet) managed to over power him and get him to the ground.

Of course it's all intense and shit because hellooooo attraction but then Kurt realizes that Blaine is, in fact, not hurt and then Blaine tells him that he's against the company and trying to take them down.

Kurt wants to join forced and do it but he wants to do it fast and Blaine tells him that it has to be his way or else they could get discovered.
