So this is the first of my list of few of OC’s I’ll be making for Monsters Resurrected by @wacky_toonz. Her name is Judy Phillips, a 26 year old who died by breathing in toxic gas. She is reincarnated as a vampire and still causes trouble around her town. She later decides to explore more other than her town to cause trouble and that’s how she met Gary and Marty.
