đĽ âYour Emotions MatterâBut They Are Not the Final Wordâ
A teaching from the judgment path
Iâve had to let go of almost everything.
Friends. Family. Pride. Safety. The idea that people would understand.
And Iâve wept more times than I can count.
So please hear this with tenderness:
God sees your heartbreak.
God knows your humiliation.
But this momentâthis phase of your lifeâis not about protecting your feelings.
Itâs about refining your soul.
Your emotions matter. They are sacred messengers.
They show you where youâre wounded, where you still long to be seen, where the ego cries out not to die.
But judgmentâreal, divine judgmentâis not sentimental.
It doesnât mean:
âI donât care that youâre hurting.â
It means:
âI care so deeply, Iâm going to burn away anything in you that canât hold real love.â
You might be tempted to say:
âI canât go through this. Itâs too painful. Iâve lost too much.â
And God might answer:
âYou canâbecause Iâm not asking you to pretend it doesnât hurt.
Iâm asking you to keep going even though it does.â
Thereâs no easy way to say this:
Letting go of the people you love, the image you once had of yourself, the comfort of being liked or understoodâit feels like death.
And in a way, it is.
But itâs also the beginning of a new self that can actually hold Godâs love without breaking.
⸝
So if youâre in that place where youâre saying:
âIâve given everything. It still hurts. Am I doing something wrong?â
No.
Youâre not failing.
Youâre just passing through the fire.
Let your feelings speakâbut donât let them decide who you are.
You are not your grief.
You are not your shame.
You are not your fear of being left behind.
You are the one walking through judgment with your heart still beating,
and your soul still intact.
And I promise:
Youâre not alone.
