The carbon backbone is grey, hydrogen atoms white, nitrogen blue, oxygen red, and the single flourine atom green. If you’re looking at this in the right way (and not inverse), the double-bonded oxygen (upper-left-most red) will be coming towards you, and the hexane rings (the hexagons) and methyl groups (shortest braches) attached to the central pentagonal ring will be free of stereo artifacts.
