Finally feeling loose after weeks with an injured back. Flowing on the bag.

Casual reminder that my instagram is where to go if you wanna see most of my martial arts/personal stuff.

Got my third degree black sash in Jun Fan Gung Fu yesterday, had this belt seven years now. It’s a bit of an odd feeling especially having a belt that’s older than some of the people I teach, also not so subtle plug to go follow my instagram since that’s where I do most of my martial arts posting these days.

A little extra bjj practice after class ended. Basic butterfly sweep to spinning armbar, a personal favorite.

Second part of the bag work since Instagram has lame time limits.

End of an hour and a half test. The final round of 70 kicks and 40 knees. Now with a TBA certified Kru applying pressure and attack. Pushing past limits and forgetting exhaustion is all that can be done.

Beating up the heavy bag a little earlier in the week, MMA gloves this time for a different feel.
