the young woman looked warily around them; notably the numerous ( though not devastatingly many ) couples that have found their way to evermore park to spend time together. brynn didn't mean to be so bummed; she actually thought that maybe by spending time with brooklyn then the whole holiday wouldn't be such a waste. no better person to spend the holiday of love than with brooklyn, who could give her the brighter side of almost anything.
shaking the feeling of missing out away, brynn pulled a medium-sized kit from her tote bag - a diamond dotz painting kit featuring different colored hearts - and held it up for the other to see. " look what i found browsing the internet! i was thinking of things we could do together and i've always wanted to try these. " she admitted; though the lingering feeling of guilt was there. having not spent much time at home or just working way too much to even see her own sisters.
