reconsidering
so i made a post like a year ago basically stating that i'm no longer considering putting art on here
i'm starting to reconsider that, mostly bc i don't like twitter, cohost is dying, and though idk how bluesky works yet, idk if i'm gonna go on there. i do want to post my music and my drawings on here, if maybe on a different blog?
so like. what do y'all think? tumblr seems keen on making sure that peeps who opt out don't get trained on, but idk if my impression of them is wrong.
if anyone sees this, i appreciate the input
(fwiw: i'm not anti-AI, however i'm against a lot of the problems surrounding it that have risen due to greed and idiocy, e.g. using artists' work unconsentually for training, problems with copyright and the risk of losing the rights to yourself (like ur voice), the attempts at replacing human work, the negative effect ai chatbots can have with forming irl relationships, the terrible appearance, and the general atmosphere that similarly surrounds crypto- and nft-bros; i also do not consent to any usage of my works for ai-training purposes due to these problems)
