Incredible Guest Chef Dinnerπ©βπ³π¨βπ³ Last week @janarader and I attended an incredibly creative and delicious dinner at @joseonlovers in Dallas. It was the "Guest Chef Dinner Series" with Chef AQ Pittman hosting Chef Rodolfo Castellanos from Mexico. Chef AQ and Chef Rodolfo worked together years ago and decided to calibrate to create and unforgettable dinner that was loaded with authentic but modern spanish flavor profiles. Each dish was colorful, flavorful and delicious. It was a trip straight to deliciousville with a kaleidoscope of flavors in every bite. If you haven't attended a pop up dinner from Jose in Dallas I would highly recommend you make plans to enjoy one soon. Hosted by Chef AQ Pittman she's extremely passionate and incredibly creative with her dishes.
