#jopper rp

Note, all main characters will be 18+ (Joyce and Hopper are both in their mid 30s to mid 40s, depending on the plot/setting). I’m also not looking to double, although I’m more than happy to play multiple side characters (as potential partners should be, too).

I’m not brimming with ideas, because I enjoy building something with my partner. I kind of love the idea of writing a scene like the Jopper season 4 reunion, or their season 3 banter. I’m also game to write something between season 4 and 5, or an AU of some variety.

Whatever we do, partners should be good with writing on Discord - bonus points if you use tupper. Reply length should correlate with how frequently we are posting. If there’s long gaps between responses, I want larger post sizes. If we’re quickly going back and forth, I’m fine with shorter posts. I’d also like my partners to be okay with topics that come up in the show, plus smut.

I am looking for a long term roleplaying partner that is firstly focused around the Jopper pairing. That would be myself playing as Joyce Byers and my partner as Jim Hopper.

I have a few plot ideas but I want to start off with of when they were in high school! (Final year; They are 18 years of age!)

They're friends, good friends, but there's still a lingering feeling, a desire for more that neither of them are bold enough to address before it's too late. Joyce meets Lonnie and that also causes a little tension.

Expect angst. LOTS and LOTS of angst. Drama. The usual bickering that goes on between them.

And seeing as it's coming up to Christmas, I have a few nice little ideas to suit the holiday period. Even still, I would be absolutely DELIGHTED to hear your ideas, too.

So, I am looking for someone who is 25+, any gender is fine but you would be playing a male character.

I am more experienced with writing canon characters and currently not looking to make up an OC in this verse.

It is possible that we could be including other characters in our stories, but we can divide an conquer this amongst ourselves.

This will be on discord. I really enjoy making a private server, with a picture reference section, a playlist, headcanons, etc.

My writing ranges from literate - novella. I can match my partner's but I absolutely draw the line at one-liners. I also write in 3rd person.

I do have boundaries and they sometimes vary depending on the roleplay. I would be happy to further discuss in the DMs. Just so I know that people are reading this fully, please tell me what your favourite colour is!

I work full time and have college, so replies may be slow at times. I do however encourage that we stay in touch regularly! I value getting to know the people I write with!
